Job Title:

As a Technical Commercial Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring the success of our commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to equip distributors with strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
  • Monitor and support distributor performance to align with company goals and regional strategies.
  • Conduct sales activities through distributors or directly via our organization, leveraging our business model to drive results.
  • Promote our premium product lines to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty.
  • Collect and report market insights from the region to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and adapt new products for the local market.
  • Represent us at technical and promotional events to enhance visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in agronomy.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market.
  • Strong agrobusiness background.
  • Experience with team management.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking.
  • English is desirable intermediate level.
  • Mandatory to live in Pelotas Region - Rio Grande do Sul State.
