Senior Product Owner Role: Drive product vision and roadmap, overseeing the strategic development and lifecycle of one or more products.

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our remote team and contribute to the success of our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business objectives, leading and mentoring junior product owners, and making critical decisions regarding product direction, features, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the strategic development and lifecycle of one or more products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor junior product owners and team members in Agile and product management best practices.
  • Drive product vision and roadmap, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Make critical decisions regarding product direction, features, and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet market demands, usability standards, and financial goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a track record of successful product delivery.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile practices and ability to mentor others in Agile methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management and negotiating product features.
  • Strong analytical skills for market analysis, user feedback, and product performance.
  • Demonstrated leadership in guiding product strategy and vision.
