Strategic Account Manager Job Opportunity

This role plays a critical part in driving business expansion by engaging with key seller accounts. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Amazon's tools, programs, and logistics solutions to work closely with business owners and identify areas for improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage deeply with strategic seller accounts to recognize opportunities for enhanced performance
  • Analyze seller data to create customized account plans to aid top sellers in achieving their goals
  • Provide advice on the optimal use of Marketplace tools and programs such as Self-Service Deals, Coupons, and Sponsored Ads
  • Guide sellers on best practices for improving essential inputs like selection, shipping, pricing, and catalog quality
  • Promote and drive seller adoption of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to enhance the customer experience
  • Educate sellers on the benefits of Sponsored Ads and support their adoption of Amazon's Ads solutions
  • Recommend suitable shipping solutions to improve the seller and customer experience
  • Evaluate and escalate critical seller feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Apply industry trends and seller pain points to inform the overall sales strategy
  • Represent the seller's voice, advocating for their needs and collaborating cross-functionally to address challenges
  • Demonstrate a strategic, data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
