Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support and guidance to clients and internal partners. This includes resolving processing disruptions, documenting operational activities, and managing support tickets. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the entire e-commerce production line and conducting training on proprietary tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve processing disruptions
  • Organize and document operational activities and processes
  • Manage support tickets from opening to closure
  • Monitor the entire e-commerce production line
  • Conduct training on proprietary tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Desirable: knowledge in infrastructure and EDI
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team and analytical thinking
  • Responsibility and proactivity
