Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the client's local network, wireless networks, and wide-area networks. This will involve conducting and executing troubleshooting, as well as contributing to the operation and processes of the Networking department through documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the client's network environment
  • Detect and minimize new vulnerabilities and risks in the company's IT assets
  • Meet agreed-upon SLA with external and internal clients
  • Contribute to the operation and processes of the Computer Networks department through documentation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, IBGP, HSRP, OSPF, MPLS, VRRP) and be able to configure and operate ACL, NAT, VLAN, Spanning Tree, Multicast, 802.1x, ISE, ACI, Wireless Controllers, and Fortigate Firewall.
