Our Network Engineer role plays a vital part in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our digital infrastructure. This position involves operating, maintaining, and evolving our network infrastructure to guarantee high availability, performance, and security of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor our network infrastructure proactively, identifying and resolving issues while proposing improvements for operational stability and efficiency.
  • Provide second- and third-level technical support for network-related incidents, including handling calls involving interconnection products and connectivity.
  • Collaborate with other IT areas to ensure integration between systems and services, promoting good practices and technical standards through training and capacity-building.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Complete undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience in network administration, including knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF.
  • Familiarity with network technologies like switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in tools for monitoring and analyzing traffic.
