Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled First Line Service Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 24/7 network support activities for voice and mobile messaging platforms and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support for voice and mobile messaging platforms and services.
  • Evaluate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Sciences, IT, Telecommunications or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in operating mobile or fixed networks as an engineer.
  • Familiarity with GSM NW structure, Signalling in GSM networks, MTP, ISUP/SIP, SCCP, TCAP protocol stack, voice call/SMS flow.
  • Understanding of IP network working principles and signalling protocol monitoring tools.
