We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our customer service operations, you will be responsible for providing network support activities for voice and mobile messaging platforms and services 24/7.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring reactive repair activities with customers, suppliers, and third parties worldwide. You will communicate with stakeholders to guarantee customer complaints resolution within agreed-upon SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide L1 network support activities for voice and mobile messaging platforms and services
- Ensure reactive repair activities with customers, suppliers, and third parties
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve complaints within SLAs
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences, IT, Telecommunications, or equivalent
- 1+ years' experience in operation of mobile or fixed networks as an engineer
- Knowledge of GSM NW structure, Signaling in GSM networks, MTP, ISUP/SIP, SCCP, TCAP protocol stack, voice call/SMS flow
- Good understanding of IP network working principles
- Knowledge of signaling protocol monitoring tools, protocol analyzers, trace analysis
- Analysis of statistics and reports, knowledge of Network KPIs
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills – ability to communicate efficiently in multicultural working environment
