We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Professional. This role involves analyzing audit reports, creating reversal requests, identifying issues on previous reversals, checking entries on bank statements, and escalating and proposing improvements with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze audit/system reports to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with the team to create reversal requests and escalate issues
- Check entries on bank statements and identify discrepancies
Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Advanced communication skills in English
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
- Teamwork attitude and ability to work under pressure
