As the Senior Manager of the Renewals Team, your contributions will significantly influence the overarching strategy and success of a premier cybersecurity organization. You will engage with complex business and technological challenges that are of utmost importance to our executives, particularly concerning key partnerships that hold strategic significance for the business. You will spearhead initiatives with stakeholders to devise mutually advantageous and measurable outcomes for both technical and business objectives alongside strategic partners. Your unique combination of business acumen, strategic experience, visionary thinking, and persuasive skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with a wide array of stakeholders within Palo Alto Networks.

We expect our office-based employees to be present in the office four days a week, with one day designated for remote work. We believe that being together fosters informal discussions and those serendipitous moments where we can collaboratively address issues and brainstorm ideas. These interactions enhance capabilities, strengthen trusted relationships, and create an environment where our team members feel secure in taking risks and innovating. While we are navigating the specifics and adjustments may occur, generally, if a role is classified as office-based, we encourage our teams to work together four days a week.

Your Impact
  • Oversee the daily renewal operations for assigned direct reports and regions within LATAM.
  • Inspire your direct reports to enhance pipeline development and revenue through renewal sales initiatives leveraging the partner ecosystem.
  • Provide accurate forecasts to leadership and drive a committed number on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to Senior Management.
  • Facilitate coaching and development sessions with subordinates, including bi-weekly one-on-ones.
  • Guide and support direct reports on significant deals through to successful completion.
  • Assess and document the performance of your direct reports based on established Key Metrics and objectives set by Leadership.
  • Track and report on the outbound activities of assigned renewal representatives on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to devise strategies for achieving sales targets and identifying new, high-value opportunities alongside renewals.
  • Maintain accurate and ongoing reporting through continuous updates and management of necessary reports and tools.
  • Assist with renewal escalations and support your assigned regions.
Your Experience
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience managing diverse enterprise renewals or sales teams.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience leading teams of 8-15 individuals in both office and remote work settings.
  • Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining talent over a span of 3 to 5 years.
  • Demonstrated experience with channel and partner sales models, particularly in renewals and upsells.
  • Consistently achieved renewal and sales team objectives through effective leadership.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and other relevant tools.
