
Latin American Channel Sales Leader

This position is responsible for establishing a successful channel strategy and managing a team of channel account managers to drive revenue growth in LATAM. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct and channel sales, as well as executive selling of long cycle products. Additionally, they should be able to build high growth channel businesses, sell enterprise-level solutions, and work with distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a comprehensive channel strategy for LATAM that aligns with company goals
- Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including driving channel-sourced opportunities and developing marketing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stakeholders, and strategic partners
- Develop and execute plans to create demand, drive sales, and deliver services and support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, management, marketing, or related fields
- At least 7 years of experience in direct and channel sales and management, executive selling of long cycle products, or similar positions
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (B2)
- Availability to travel locally and internationally within LATAM
- Brazilian citizenship or work permit
