Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Sales Execution
- Develop and implement overseas market sales plans to meet annual sales targets
- Acquire new customers via online outreach, exhibitions, industry visits
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to grow market share
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity in the agricultural, oilfield, and mining sectors
- Develop targeted sales strategies based on customer needs
Technical Support & Customer Success
- Promote chemical additives solutions and provide technical sales support
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on changing needs
- Handle order execution, logistics coordination, and after-sales follow-up
- Work closely with internal teams (production, logistics, legal, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and reduce financial risk
Market Feedback & Reporting
- Regularly report sales performance, market insights, and competitor trends
- Provide data-driven feedback to help shape company strategy
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in overseas sales of chemical raw materials or additives
- Experience selling to the paper, agriculture, oilfield, or mining industry is mandatory
Communication & Language
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to lead international business negotiations and prepare technical documents
