We're in search of an experienced and visionary Sales Manager who is ready to take on the challenge of driving business to new heights, specifically within the LATAM market.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Drives manages and executes the business and revenue from their dedicated markets (LATAM), by properly monetizing existing and new clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Meet or exceed agreed new client revenue generation.
  • Market Analysis: Analyzes regional market dynamics in iGaming to maximize existing successes and create new sales growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Educates team members on significant industry factors including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricing.
  • Market Analysis: Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Assists in the management of external sales agencies and resources that BETER partners with.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establishes and reports on metrics to measure performance; corrects deficiencies where necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Ensures that the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports the overall goal of BETER.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Goals
  • Successfully onboard one (1) tier one and three (3) tier 2 Sportsbook Operators, and one (1) tier one sports platform provider in the first year.
  • Provide a strategic plan for new client acquisition which identifies key targets and forecast within (2) months of start.

Requirements
  • Process, data-driven sales operations background. Strong experience with the CRM platform (Pipedrive), and building track-able, repeatable sales processes.
  • Experience and proven track record of successful online gaming (Sports Book) industry sales.
  • The presence of a strong network between B2B platform providers and B2C operators.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management within the betting industry in the LATAM market.
  • Contract and legal experience, including prior work with legal departments and contract finalization between parties.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.)
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems and marketing automation systems (such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Outreach, etc.)
  • Strong commitment to integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations
  • Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated, and work well on their own or as a member of a team
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
  • Three (3) month probationary period. With annual performance reviews after the probationary period.
