About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Startup team in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping Startups scale quickly and cost-effectively on AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy programs that leverage AWS Field teams, as well as technology and consulting partner channels.
  • Collaborate with AWS Product and Technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems, including reference architectures, patterns, automation, and release plans.
  • Own the GTM strategy and execution for AWS Database in Brazil, collaborating with teams in the field including Sales, Partners, Marketing, and other Specialists.
  • Interact at the CxO/VP level, as well as with developers and technical architects, to ease adoption, develop pipeline, secure lighthouse customers, drive top-line revenue, and explore strategic partnerships.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • 7+ years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience.
