- Lead local projects and strategic initiatives to integrate technology into the bank's ecosystem.
- Participate in product approval committees and contribute to Capex decisions.
- Promote digital transformation by focusing on digital channels and customer experience.
- Deliver innovative and scalable solutions with a full-bank perspective.
- Deep knowledge of investments and the market.
- Background in digital channels with a track record of boosting sales and digital engagement.
- Strategic vision and customer focus with the ability to drive change and generate impact.
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams (100+ people).
- Resilient, open-minded, and provocative profile with strong skills to navigate complex environments.
- Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English or Spanish.
