Procurement Manager Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies for direct materials, such as raw materials, packaging, and indirect categories.

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding local/global suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets. This includes negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and conducting performance reviews (QCD: Quality, Cost, Delivery). Additionally, the Procurement Manager will mitigate supply risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage their relationships to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers to assess their compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.
  • Mitigate potential supply chain disruptions by diversifying suppliers and maintaining strong relationships with key partners.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. Master's/MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in procurement/sourcing, preferably in manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end procurement cycles and supplier development.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, while professional proficiency in Chinese is also required for communication with HQ and Chinese suppliers.
