Senior Finance Leader Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior finance leader to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

About the Role
  • Be the point of contact for complex financial transactions and technical accounting matters.
  • Work closely with the CFO to drive business growth in a compliant environment.
  • Lead corporate reporting matters and drive the agenda of the Steering Committees.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure financial integrity.
  • Ensure financial controls are robust and efficient, and implement strong controls for business migrations and IT implementations.
  • Help lead the Internal Controls team to design and implement globally standard processes and controls.
  • Manage a team of employees to provide Controller support across Brazil and LATAM Enterprise Market countries.

About You

We are looking for a professional who performs at the highest level, driven by a sense of purpose, and passionate about making a difference. You will have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, extensive knowledge of Brazilian GAAP, and experience in a multinational company. Chartered Accountant or equivalent with 15+ years of post-qualification experience is required.
