
Latin America Business Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion within key Latin American markets. They will develop strategic plans to increase revenue, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with high-value customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute geographic expansion strategies to drive revenue growth in targeted regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers at key customer accounts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and assess market potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs and preferences.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to inform strategic business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
- 4+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably with a focus on geographic expansion and revenue growth.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior-level decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Regional expertise in Central and South America is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
