We are looking for a professional to fill the role of Career Growth Specialist, supporting our customers with inquiries, orders and other requests.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and within teams to handle customer complaints politely, professionally, and on time. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via email and phone, including cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests.
Requirements:- Proficiency in German (C1) and fluency in English (B2).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar support role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within teams.
The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be attentive, persistent, and solution-oriented. You will also have a strong work ethic and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
