Job Overview

We are seeking a business-oriented and hands-on HR leader to drive our HR function in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a business-driven HR strategy, supporting the organizational structure with leadership.
  • Serve as an ambassador and change agent, ensuring that our culture and values are a living reality.
  • Represent HR in the Country Management Team and Brazil in the global HR team, contributing to continuous improvement projects.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in HR across multiple disciplines and a proven track record in leading change within multilevel organizations. They should have strong business acumen, allowing them to align HR strategies with company goals, and an in-depth understanding of Brazilian labour law.
