**Job Title:** Analytics Manager/Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our analytics efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with digital analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, manage, and analyze digital analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Monitor and measure KPIs to evaluate campaign and website performance.
  • Implement and maintain tags, events, and tracking codes.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports for stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Google Suite tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with additional analytics or BI tools, such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with SEO metrics and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Previous experience working in agile environments.
