We are seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to oversee the management of our operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage LX operational teams, ensuring stable performance in the region.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes and structures to drive regional goals forward.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, motivational frameworks, and team budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience managing teams of over 50 people, including Team Leaders and Heads.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales, Contact Center, and Customer Support environments.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese languages.
