Operations Leadership Role
">This leadership position is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling all operations in a designated location. The goal is to provide exceptional service to customers while maintaining efficient operations and adhering to company standards.
">- Plan, direct, and control all operational activities in the assigned location.
- Select, train, supervise, evaluate, and motivate subordinate staff members.
- Effectively utilize manpower resources.
- Monitor station performance reports and package audits.
- E nsure compliance with company policies and operating procedures.
- C coordinate ODA deliveries with external Ground Agents.
- Provide subordinates with information on pay, benefits, and company policies.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of business experience, including at least 2 years in the airline or transportation industry.
