Technical Expertise and Skills Required

  • Exceptional technical support skills for clients worldwide, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute the deployment of Identity Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation for clients.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Training sessions and workshops to help clients fully understand and utilize our solutions.
  • Development and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation, progress reports, and activity logs.

This role requires staying informed on the latest trends and updates in infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms, applying this knowledge in support and delivery processes.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, collaborative spirit, and a customer-centric mindset, with excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required, as well as proven experience in technical support and/or solution implementation or post-sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
