Technical Support and Solution Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Support and Solution Delivery Expert to join our team. This role is focused on delivering exceptional technical support and leading the implementation of Identity and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to clients across the world, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our solutions.
  • Manage and execute the deployment of Identity Management and PAM solutions, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients fully understand and utilize our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, progress reports, and activity logs.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and updates in infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), applying this knowledge in support and delivery processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support and/or solution implementation or post-sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, networks, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Proactive attitude, collaborative spirit, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across the APAC region.
