We are seeking analytical, organized, and results-driven professionals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our team.
The Customer Financial Services team is responsible for serving the LatAm and Central America region from our São Paulo base. As a key member of this team, you will be accountable for maintaining positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships through regular communication and issue resolution
- Ensuring timely payment of invoices by analyzing collections portfolios and implementing targeted strategies to reduce aging receivables
- Managing payments, tax certificates, credits, customer refunds, and write-offs in a highly efficient manner
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including Sales, Contracts, Installations, and Billing, to resolve outstanding issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and solve complex problems while utilizing multiple system interfaces in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility within a constantly changing environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to cooperate and collaborate effectively with team members
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
