As a Sr Brand Manager for our Scotch Portfolio, you'll lead strategy development and execution across all aspects of brand management. This includes defining the future of White Horse, developing communication and cultural strategies, and collaborating with partners to drive growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic thinking, consumer insights, brand development, and effective execution. You'll be action-oriented, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail and excellence in every consumer interaction.

In this role, you'll lead Scotch Portfolio strategy, including the development of a 5-year vision and annual business plans. You'll also manage the annual planning process, ensuring alignment with growth drivers, market share, financial goals, and the delivery of brand and communication plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Scotch Portfolio strategy, including the development of a 5-year vision and annual business plans.

  • Developing and implementing White Horse brand communication, events, and cultural strategy based on consumer insights, cultural trends, and market dynamics.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in brand management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic and complex environments.
  • Strong execution capabilities with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively.
