Role Overview

The Senior Brand Manager of a premium Scotch Portfolio is accountable for developing and executing the strategic direction and brand growth of the portfolio, encompassing multiple iconic brands.

This leadership role requires an experienced marketing executive with a proven track record in brand management, consumer insights, and effective execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive 5-year vision and annual business plans for the Scotch Portfolio.
  • Manage the annual planning process to ensure alignment with growth drivers, market share, financial goals, and delivery of brand and communication plans.
  • Collaborate with global and local brand teams, customer marketing, market insights, and innovation to design and execute cross-functional brand plans across media, culture, activation, on-trade, off-trade, and events.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in brand management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in dynamic and complex environments.
  • Strong execution capabilities with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively.
