We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our insurance broking team as a Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and achieving business results through planning, organizing, and directing the work of others.

The Role
  • Coordinated service and placement activities that meet clients' insurance and risk management needs will be provided by you.
  • You will ensure relevant regulatory and technical standards are met.
  • With advanced skills in Financial Line knowledge, you will design and consult with clients on insurance coverage and services.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment is your focus.
Responsibilities
  1. Financial Line Business Growth Initiatives and Prospects in IPO clients will be focused on.
  2. Prospects and new business targets will be reviewed regularly with updated data in CRM.
  3. The comprehensive delivery of Willis Towers Watson's service to the client will be coordinated and assumed ultimate responsibility for.
  4. Insurance offers will be conceptualized and technical studies will be drafted based on clients' needs.
  5. Insurance placements and renewals will be managed and negotiated with carriers.
  6. Accounts will be developed via saturation and cross-selling opportunities within the broking teams.
  7. Account strategies, presentations, and other forms of communication with clients will be developed.
  8. Age of account receivables will be monitored and chased up proactively to minimize bad debit risks.
  9. Expenses will be controlled and the accuracy of business forecasts will be ensured.
  10. The end-to-end insurance broker process will be followed to meet internal policies and procedures.
  11. Client engagement, contract formation, and service delivery processes will be ensured to be compliant with group policies.
