We are seeking a skilled analytical professional to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through data-driven insights and process improvements.
- Develop and present key performance indicator reports for customer service channels, highlighting areas for improvement and proposing enhancements.
- Implement strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and customer experience, including improving self-service bot quality and streamlining day-to-day operations with third-party partners.
- Manage and resolve exceptional customer cases, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality customer support.
- Execute critical business processes essential to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business Administration.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in customer service planning and optimization, with a focus on process improvement and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and basic knowledge of SQL, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
