Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Participate in developing and executing the firm's reward strategy, managing key areas of reward, benefits, and pensions, and liaising with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach.">
  3. Contribute to designing and presenting market trends and incorporating them into the annual merit cycle.">
  4. Conduct market pricing activities like job matching, data analytics, job pricing, including analysis of cash and equity compensation practices, and staffing trends.">
  5. Generate and review compensation-related reports from internal systems, external vendors, and Microsoft Access.">
  6. Identify policy gaps and formulate policies, define business issues, and formulate recommendations on policies, procedures, or practices.">
  7. Prepare advanced analytics and modeling to fulfill ad hoc data requests.">
  8. Makes judgments and recommendations based on analysis and specialty area knowledge.">
  9. Focused on administering defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation.">
  10. Additional duties as assigned.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 0-2 years relevant experience">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel">
  • Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities">
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills">
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience">
