Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Operations Manager to lead our local delivery team. As the primary point of contact, you will be accountable for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries in assigned local countries/ies.

Your key responsibilities include order management from receipt of valid service requests to local handover as per predefined milestones. You will perform order validation with local customers, define Target Delivery Dates (TDD) based on customer needs/availability, and determine adequate local entry points.

You will be responsible for ordering & managing local loop requests from receipt of valid request to physical customer delivery in accordance with committed schedules. You will resolve any ordering-related issues with carriers or third-party vendors and establish local loop delivery dates in coordination with overall required customer TDD.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organizational and planning skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong time management skills. You should also have good customer-facing skills, excellent communication and decision-making skills, and be an independent self-starter with a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for order management from receipt of valid service requests to local handover as per predefined milestones
  • Perform Order Validation of assigned orders with the local customer
  • Help define/revise Target Delivery Date (TDD) based on local customer's needs/availability
  • Determine adequate local entry point
  • Responsible for ordering & management of local loop requests from receipt of valid request to physical customer delivery in accordance with committed schedules
  • Resolve any ordering related issues with Carrier or Third Party Vendor
  • Establish local loop delivery dates in coordination with overall required customer TDD
  • Proactively coordinate, track, and manage service & solution components until full delivery of completed service/solution to the customer
  • Perform proactive Order Management to ensure TDD is met on all orders
  • Ensure sales/provisioning databases are accurately updated at all times
  • Assess circuit orders optimizing resources and cost
  • Manage port allocation process based
  • Place and track completion of circuit orders with relevant local Carrier and third party vendors
  • Lead testing of circuit deliveries with Carrier until circuit fully operational
  • Be the Single Point of Contact for the local customer: provide status and progress reports, manage related customer relationship management questions with the local customer
  • Request and analyze site surveys when applicable
  • Be the main point of contact for Field engineer during installation phase
  • Assist with various acceptance tests when applicable
  • Incorporate and manage country-specific requirements in provisioning process
  • Any other duties as required by manager
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of telecommunications, messaging, hosting, and security protocols and technologies
  • Good understanding of circuits, hardware, and associated hosting, security, and messaging and network components
