About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Team Lead Client Relationship Manager from the payments industry to join our international fast-growing fintech company. As a key CRM person in the region, you will be responsible for handling merchant and customer relations operations in Brazil as part of our Customer Success global team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming leads effectively, demonstrate technical selling skills, and deliver presentations to potential and existing merchants.
  • Establish productive relationships with merchants and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible merchant experience.
  • Focus on meeting merchant needs to achieve strategic and financial targets for assigned merchant accounts.
  • Gather merchant feedback, evaluate evolution of merchant needs, and communicate these to relevant functions.
  • Coordinate upscaling of operations related to the Customer Success Department for the Brazil office and liaise with involved departments/teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, customer support, sales, or business development in the payments/card acquiring industry.
  • Senior or team lead experience is highly advantageous.
  • University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field of study.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management.
  • Ability to work independently, find solutions to complex challenges, possess strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficient English is a must; Spanish is a plus.
