Qualifications

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (Chemical/Process/Electrical/Mechanical preferred).">
  • Ability to develop winning strategies/plans, understand functional interfaces, and align teams for action against key priorities.">
  • Project/service management skills, effective communication and selling, negotiation, and influencing skills at all levels, demonstrated thought leadership, and ability to explain complex technical issues/solutions to a non-technical audience.">
  • Team Player, self-starter, self-motivating, able to deal with uncertainty and complexity, cultural sensitivity/flexibility in responding to different cultures, strong communication skills with Front line and Senior leaders, and strong knowledge required in Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations programs.">
  • 7 years' experience at management level, 2-3 years' experience in leading snack production, extrusion process, fried food, and quality control, Advanced level in English, Fluent in Spanish as a must, and willingness to travel.">
