Role Overview
The Strategic Brand Partnerships Lead is tasked with achieving revenue targets, cultivating relationships with significant enterprise accounts, and assisting clients in achieving business success on TikTok through product guidance, education, and support. Success in this role necessitates robust sales acumen, effective collaboration with Client Solutions Managers, problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Engage in high-level discussions with C-suite executives to drive revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the sales process and product offerings.
- Oversee the account planning process to align brand objectives with TikTok resources for optimal opportunity maximization.
- Enhance revenue streams, educate clients, and lead strategic dialogues while navigating complex relationship dynamics.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects relevant to your portfolio, including escalation and resolution of client concerns.
- Lead client education initiatives regarding products and provide updates to recommend effective strategies for achieving business outcomes.
- Facilitate collaboration between external clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, or online advertising.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital media, including Digital TV, CTV, OTT, and social media.
- Proven ability to create compelling presentations utilizing industry insights and internal data.
- Familiarity with self-serve platforms, auction systems, and biddable digital advertising models.
- Established track record of building relationships with advertisers, agencies, and C-level executives.
- History of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Creative thinker with strategic vision.
- Collaborative team player.
