About the Job:

As a Strategic Partner Development Lead at Google, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and manage strategic partnerships that drive adoption of Google technologies by our partners. You will be responsible for developing partnership plans, negotiations, and industry representation, as well as creating go-to-market strategies to support Google's products in the Travel and Local Business segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute Google's Travel and Local Business partnership strategy for Latin America.
  • Build and manage relationships with third parties, working directly with some partners and through broader models.
  • Develop Google's presence within the Travel industry, understanding its nuances and how Google can better support it.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify and prioritize partner targets.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth launches and other business activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
