We are seeking a Tech Support Specialist to join our team. As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
About the Role
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal stakeholders through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to ensure consistency and accuracy in technical information.
- Stay up-to-date with product releases, updates, and industry trends to provide informed guidance and support to customers.
Requirements
- Educational Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Skill Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with help desk software and tools.
