Job Summary

We are seeking a Tech Support Specialist to join our team. As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers and internal stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal stakeholders through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to ensure consistency and accuracy in technical information.
  • Stay up-to-date with product releases, updates, and industry trends to provide informed guidance and support to customers.

Requirements
  • Educational Requirements:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Skill Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with help desk software and tools.
