We are seeking a Proposal Lead to oversee all internal activities during the tender process. This role will support the Business Development area and make a significant impact on our operations.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with teams across the business (Bids & Proposals, Regional Industrial Organization, Product Platforms) and be responsible for delivering presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives. You will also assist in maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will take care of coordinating liaison between various departments and lead all tender governance reviews on behalf of the region. You will also participate in the development and implementation of strategic proposal plans to accommodate corporate goals.

Requirements
  • Leading the tender activities of the team in the delivery of tender responses
  • Participating in the development and implementation of strategic proposal plans to accommodate corporate goals
  • Delivering presentations to key clients
  • Assisting sales representatives with relationship management, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Supporting Tender Leaders in coordinating interdepartmental liaison and governance documentation

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or Business Administration and experience or understanding of tender processes and proposal development. Additionally, they will have knowledge of project management principles and strategic planning, as well as strong relationship development skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Experience or understanding of tender processes and proposal development
  • Knowledge of project management principles and strategic planning
