About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with clients in the claims industry. Your primary goal will be to ensure their satisfaction and drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts within the claims vertical, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You must understand clients' business needs and goals, identifying opportunities to provide additional value and support.
  • Collaboration with internal teams is essential in developing and executing account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Regular business reviews with clients are necessary to assess performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • As a trusted advisor to clients, you will offer insights, recommendations, and solutions to help them optimize their operations and achieve their objectives.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the claims or insurance industry, is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, are critical.
