Key Responsibilities:- Work on challenging, customer-focused consulting and implementation projects leveraging current technology.
- Travel throughout South America for project-based work, developing strong relationships with customers and partners along the way.
- Develop deep customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong object-oriented design, development, and testing skills.
- Exceptional documentation skills, including technical writing and content creation.
- Ability to communicate complex thought processes effectively.
- Understanding internal dynamics of customers and partners.
- Ability to cultivate a curious approach to problem-solving, driving innovation and growth.
Essential Requirements: Strong Portuguese, Spanish, and English oral and written skills. BS in Computer Science or equivalent, demonstrating expertise in software development and technical analysis.
Nice to Have: Insurance industry experience, JAVA, J2EE, SQL, XML experience, Guidewire InsuranceSuite experience, and prior experience with Guidewire Gosu, showcasing adaptability and technical versatility.
