We are seeking a highly skilled Bluebeam Administrator to join our team. As a Bluebeam Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, upgrading, and maintenance of Bluebeam products such as Revu Standard, Revu CAD, and Revu Extreme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze work assignments based on priority and respond to customer queries and requests.
  • Discuss with onsite lead and coordinate support activities and development initiatives from offshore.
  • Work closely with SMEs and Key-users to know their requirements and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB, CI, SLA).
