About the Role

BioCatch is a leader in Behavioral Biometrics, leveraging machine learning to analyze online user behavior and protect individuals online. As an Engagement Manager, you will work closely with top-tier customers in Latin America to drive the utilization of our Behavioral Biometric solution and create positive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage risks to the efficacy of the BioCatch solution for our most strategic customers.
  • Function as a single point of contact for general consulting, incident reporting, and escalation for our most valuable customers.
  • Manage project coordination and provide strategic oversight for project teams to ensure adherence to schedules and scopes.
  • Develop and update project plans that forecast timelines, resource needs, and task owners.
  • Track milestones and deliverables, syncing up with customer delivery teams and identifying risks to timelines.
  • Communicate customer expectations to the Solution Delivery team and Threat Analyst team.
  • Lead project teams through customer issues, identifying paths to remediation and executing on plans.
  • Coach project teams and provide feedback on performance.
  • Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with customers to provide updates on product releases and gather feedback on product roadmaps.
  • Advocate on behalf of customers with BioCatch internal staff.
  • Lead and present Quarterly Business Reviews to customer business owners and executives.
  • Provide periodic updates to internal stakeholders on customer status and KPIs.
  • Prepare, review, or provide input for Statements of Work.
Requirements
  • 5 years of post-sales consulting experience in the cyber security, fraud, payments, or technology space working with top-tier customers.
  • Bachelor's degree from a STEM subject or quantitative discipline.
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and write in English and Spanish.
  • History of working with highly technical internal and external teams.
  • Expert-level consultative skills.
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong time management skills and strict adherence to timelines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage conflict.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure and possess a positive attitude.
