As a Senior Customer Insights Professional at Expedia Group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. Your expertise in market analysis and customer behavior will enable you to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, ultimately contributing to the success of our LATAM markets team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute market research initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring effective decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer market insights or similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and SQL, with experience in A/B testing and data visualization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
