About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Insights Manager to join our Global Markets team at Expedia Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize business performance and drive revenue growth
  • Lead and collaborate on multi-disciplinary initiatives to drive business outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including channel and business owners, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Communicate complex insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer market insights or similar analytical role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in A/B testing, Tableau, and SQL
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas
  • Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
