About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consumer Insights Manager to join our team at Givaudan. As a key member of our Consumer Insights team, you will be responsible for leading global Consumer Marketing Insight (CMI) projects and serving as a business partner to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the CMI strategy for global, regional, and key local customer MR projects
  • Identify methodologies for Consumer MR and coordinate tests commissioning and setup
  • Manage CMI budget and provide strategic insights to guide fragrance development and sales
  • Act as a market research expert in direct contact with clients to discuss and review CMI strategies, methodologies, and results
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to develop and implement CMI projects
  • Build CMI expertise and share with internal and external stakeholders
Desirable Skills
  • Manage consumer data analysis and ensure correct uploading and data management in internal systems
  • Analyze and extract information from big data sets and across tests
  • Collaborate with the global Givaudan CMI community through specific CMI-driven global/cross-regional initiatives
Highly Desirable Skills
  • Lead innovation in CMI arena, exploring new ideas and experimenting with new methodologies
  • Bring outside-in information on consumer and society dynamics and trends to translate into fragrance and new business opportunities
  • Work with category teams to identify opportunities and gaps in knowledge where CMI can help develop new insights into consumer behavior
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in market research
  • University Degree/Masters Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Verbal and written command of English (90%), and Spanish (50%)
  • Proficiency in using common PC applications
  • In-depth understanding of inferential and multivariate statistics and experimental design
