Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Luxury Hair Care Brand Lead to spearhead the launch of a new high-end brand targeting an underserved consumer segment in Brazil.
About the Role
- Develop strategic marketing and go-to-market plans to optimize our presence in premium cosmetic eCommerce stores
- Recommend a winning product portfolio for the Brazilian market
- Lead the launch of a new luxury hair care brand from market research to launch strategy, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market opportunities
- Oversee the integration of influencer marketing, upper funnel media, and eCommerce strategies to create a unified brand experience
- Analyze the Brazilian cosmetics market to recommend a compelling product portfolio that meets consumer demands and drives sales in upscale retail environments
About Our Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury brand management, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders
- Innovative mindset, with a focus on identifying trends and opportunities to drive brand growth
