Luxury Account Manager Job Overview

  • Join our team as a Luxury Account Manager and develop the luxury business across on-trade accounts and strategic partnerships in the most influential city (SP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create seamless omnichannel brand experiences across the shopper touchpoints of the omnichannel journey.
  • Manage influential accounts, such as high-end bars and iconic restaurants, to find new opportunities.
  • Increase brand awareness, trial, affinity, and implement high-quality drinking experiences at points of consumption.
  • Work closely with Culture, Advocacy, and Digital & Media Teams to co-create an omnichannel brand execution plan for luxury brands through the shoppers' lens.

Functional Capabilities & Skills

  • Build great relations with key influencers in the industry and know the right places to make a difference.
  • Collaborate closely with Luxury teams, including Culture and Brand Managers/Activators, and Brand Ambassadors.
  • Understand consumer types, attitudes, and trends.
  • Be customer-focused and insist on high standards of delivering plans.
