Luxury Account Manager Job Overview
- Join our team as a Luxury Account Manager and develop the luxury business across on-trade accounts and strategic partnerships in the most influential city (SP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Create seamless omnichannel brand experiences across the shopper touchpoints of the omnichannel journey.
- Manage influential accounts, such as high-end bars and iconic restaurants, to find new opportunities.
- Increase brand awareness, trial, affinity, and implement high-quality drinking experiences at points of consumption.
- Work closely with Culture, Advocacy, and Digital & Media Teams to co-create an omnichannel brand execution plan for luxury brands through the shoppers' lens.
Functional Capabilities & Skills
- Build great relations with key influencers in the industry and know the right places to make a difference.
- Collaborate closely with Luxury teams, including Culture and Brand Managers/Activators, and Brand Ambassadors.
- Understand consumer types, attitudes, and trends.
- Be customer-focused and insist on high standards of delivering plans.
