Job Title: Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive revenue growth and expansion through strategic leadership of our sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience managing high-performing teams across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage sales and account management teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the staffing or B2B services/SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and achieving significant revenue growth.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, navigating complex client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and experience using tools like ATS platforms (Ashby), Slack, Notion, ClickUp, and Google Workspace.
