
Sales Executive and Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive revenue growth and expansion through strategic leadership of our sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience managing high-performing teams across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage sales and account management teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand into new markets, and improve customer retention.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and support to help them grow their businesses.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales processes.
- 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the staffing or B2B services/SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and achieving significant revenue growth.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, navigating complex client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and experience using tools like ATS platforms (Ashby), Slack, Notion, ClickUp, and Google Workspace.
