We are seeking a seasoned CFO to spearhead our financial strategy and drive growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans to optimize operations, secure financing, and lead M&A efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, experience in capital raising, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors.
- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial plan to drive operational efficiency and accelerate growth.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management and complex accounting processes.
- KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Establish and report on key financial KPIs to track the company's financial health and operational efficiency.
Financing & Investor Relations: Secure financing by negotiating with multiple banks and financial partners. Lead the company's capital-raising efforts and build strong relationships with investors.
Operational Support: Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial strategies align with operational goals. Provide financial leadership in major business decisions.
- Prior Experience: Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role in high-growth environments.
- Skills: Strong Excel skills, experience in capital raising, and ability to build relationships with investors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
