At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. This role will play a key part in driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outreach campaigns, and scheduling sales appointments. They will also be expected to manage lead activity in CRM systems and provide regular reporting on their progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct research on potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Schedule sales appointments and demos for the Sales Team.
  • Manage lead activity in CRM systems to ensure high conversion visibility and accurate reporting.
  • Support marketing campaigns and events to maximize lead generation ROI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of sales, account management, or business development experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation software.
